Cancellation Policy for Combined Football Tournament and Umrah Package

Cancellation by Participant

Participants wishing to cancel their participation in the combined Football Tournament and Umrah package must notify La Familia FC Tours in writing.

• Cancellation requests received more than 90 days before the scheduled departure date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total package cost.
• Cancellation requests received between 60 and 90 days before the scheduled departure date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 75% of the total package cost.
• Cancellation requests received less than 60 days before the scheduled departure date will not be eligible for any refund.

Cancellation by La Familia FC Tours

La Familia FC Tours reserves the right to cancel the combined Football Tournament and Umrah package in exceptional circumstances, such as insufficient participant numbers, changes in government regulations, or force majeure events.

• In the event of cancellation by La Familia FC Tours, participants will be entitled to a full refund of any payments made towards the package.

Refunds

Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 60 days of receiving a written cancellation request. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
