The Umrah with the Ballers Tournament in Dubai will bring together some of the most skilled and passionate 5-a-side football muslim teams from the UK for an exhilarating showcase of talent and competition. Held amidst the vibrant backdrop of Dubai’s iconic skyline, the tournament will showcase the agility, teamwork, and sheer determination of the participating teams. From thrilling group stage matches where every goal mattered, to the heart-pounding knockout rounds under the scorching Dubai sun, the Umrah with the Ballers Tournament was a testament to the universal love for the beautiful game. Day 1: Group Stage

Format: Split the 10 teams into 2 groups of 5 teams each.

Match Duration: Each match will consist of two halves of 10 minutes each, with a 2-minute halftime break.


  1. Matches will be played according to standard 5-a-side football rules with slight modifications:
    • No offside rule.
    • Kick-ins instead of throw-ins.
    • Goalkeepers can only handle the ball inside the penalty area.
  2. No sliding tackles to avoid injuries.
  3. Substitutions can be made at any time during the match, but the game must be paused for substitutions.


  • Win: 3 points
  • Draw: 1 point
  • Loss: 0 points

    • Match 1: Team A1 vs. Team A2
    • Match 2: Team A1 vs. Team A3
    • Match 3: Team A1 vs. Team A4

  • Group B Matches:
    • Match 11: Team B1 vs. Team B2

  • After all matches are played, the top 3 teams from each group advance to the knockout stage.

Day 2: Knockout Stage

Venue: Same as before.

Format: Single-elimination knockout stage.

Match Duration: Each match will consist of two halves of 10 minutes each, with a 2-minute halftime break.

Rules: Same as before.


  • Quarter-finals:
    • Match 21: 1st Place Group A vs. 3rd Place Group B
    • Match 22: 2nd Place Group A vs. 2nd Place Group B
    • Match 23: 3rd Place Group A vs. 1st Place Group B
  • Semi-finals:
    • Match 24: Winner Match 21 vs. Winner Match 22
    • Match 25: Winner Match 23 vs. Best 2nd Place
  • Final:
    • Match 26: Winner Match 24 vs. Winner Match 25


  • Winners of the semi-final matches proceed to the final match.
  • Losers of the semi-final matches play a third-place playoff.


Awards Ceremony:

  • At the end of the final match, have an awards ceremony to present trophies and medals to the winning team, runners-up, and third-place team. Additionally, we will have a player of the tournament. 

We will have referees appointed for each match and medical personnel on standby for any injuries. Good luck with your team in the tournament!
